The Irish Game Fair & Fine Food Festival sited in the historic Shanes Castle Estate, Antrim is part of the Great Game Fairs of Ireland brand which also includes the Irish Game & Country Fair, at Birr Castle, Co Offaly and the Irish Countrysports and Country Life magazine.

The Shanes Castle event is recognised as the major event for those who live, work or play in the Irish Countryside. As the national game fair of Ireland it is obviously a meeting place for the governing bodies of all of the country sports who exhibit at the event and represent over 120,000 enthusiasts. To attract this core target audience of enthusiasts – top quality all Ireland and international attractions and competitions such as clay pigeon shoot; archery; carriage driving; fly casting ; dog shows; and gundog competitions are staged – all with unrivalled prize funds.
