Located in the middle of an organic farm, the Office is perfect for an active family holiday. Offering space and amenities to satisfy all the relatives' comfort and independence.

The house has three bedrooms; one double en suite, one triple (double and single) and one twin, kitchen, lounge, bathroom and additional separate toilet. Ramped entrance, wheelchair friendly ground floor, wider corridors and a level access shower area. There is oil fired central heating throughout, controlling radiators and power showers.

Situated three miles outside Limavady, we are central for day trips around the North West by the coastal route or shopping trips in either direction. There is an enclosed garden and play area for children. Our games room has a full size snooker table, dart board and table tennis, collection of board games and DVDs.

Location / Directions

From Belfast follow the signs to the North, Motorway (M2). At end of Motorway continue straight ahead (by-pass Toome). Follow signs to Derry. Straight through roundabout onto A6 (Glenshane Pass). After approximately 5 miles go through Dungiven, follow signs for Limavady (B68), down Dungiven Main Street, past Police Station take next right (Ballyquin Road). Drive approximately 12 miles to outskirts of Limavady, after 30 mile speed limit sign turn right, first roundabout turn right, go straight through next roundabout and then right at the intersection. Take second road on the right (Ringsend Road) B6 to Garvagh/Ballymoney, travel up hill for approximately 1.8miles and lane is on the right.Leave Limavady towards Coleraine and turn right towards Garvagh- Ringsend Road. House is 1.6 mls on left hand side.
