'One Deep Breathe' will offer a mindfulness session designed to promote relaxation, clarity, and inner peace. Nestled beneath the ancient landscape, the Marble Arch show cave provides the perfect setting for a rejuvenating and introspective journey. Surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of underground rivers, winding passages, and delicate cave formations, you’ll have the opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and connect with your inner self in a truly extraordinary place.

Your journey will begin in the Visitor Centre, with guidance you will regulate your breathing and start your immersive journey into the show cave. Stopping along the way to connect with nature before entering the cave steeped in over 340 millions years of history, as you travel deeper underground you will feel your connection grow with your surroundings.

Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or new to meditation, this experience is open to all, fostering a sense of unity and well-being within. 

What to bring - You will need to bring along a yoga mat, a blanket as the temperature in the cave is around 9 degrees so please dress for your temperature comfort level- socks, hat and a jumper or similar. We suggest you bring a hand towel (you may experience a few drops of water from the cave ceiling) and a warm drink in a flask with you.

Please note that you will walk down 154 steps to enter the cave, so runners/flat shoes are suggested. You may choose to be barefoot/socks or use yoga shoes once on your mat.
