Our BBQ experts help you get stuck-in & learn to make your own fire and cook a delicious wood-fired meal in the historic walled garden in Brook Hall estate.
You will taste and appreciate the difference that local, slow farming makes to the best of Northern Irish produce.
You will smell, feel, and touch the unique responsibly sourced fuel used in effective BBQ fire cooking including historic hardwood oak from Brook Hall estate.
All specialised cooking equipment is premium quality UK & Irish made.

Wild & Fired Urban Expeditions has been designed for all guests to enjoy.
Despite an uneven terrain, the main space is on one level with no steps. For those with mobility issues, the full experience can be enjoyed on site with foraging ingredients available to taste.
This is primarily an outdoor experience so please dress appropriately for all weather and wear comfortable walking shoes.
